Back to the future.

Part 1

The Dems attempts to portray CIETC as either non partisan, or obviated by Archie's hara-kiri, are like Gerald Ford saying the pardon closed Watergate on us. Sorry guys, been there, seen that and boy is that whistling past the grave yard. Believe, that gave the world Jimmy Carter, the most repudiated President in American history.

All that anyone need do is follow the money. Don't dig around looking trying to find a Republican who worked for a Democrat, just look at who got the money. The money went and continues to go to Democrats, just that simple.

Part 2

Ned Lamot's campaign theme song is "America's Calling George McGovern". Can you believe it? The Democrats have revealed themselves. After 15 years of Bill Clinton's attempts to moderate the lunatic left the Neville Chamberlain weak appeasment have get the blue, red and yellow ribbons at the top of the Democrat "regime".

Their national chair is Howard Dean. To the extent he stands for anything, John Kerry is far left, and only seemed moderate compared to Howard Dean. Their rising star, Ned Lamont is to the left of Dean and Kerry.

Nixon won 48 states. Only Watergate felled him. Now I think that we know why the Democrats hunger for scandal, its the only road to the top for the lunatic fringe that has overtaken the party of Roosevelt, Truman and Kennedy.

In Part I Sporer says "follow the money." Wasn't that Republican Sherry Howard's JOB as TREASURER of CIETC? How did she respond? She signed blank checks and expense vouchers without knowing who they were for or for how much. This scandal all comes down to money and as treasurer of that Rogues Gallery, Ms. Howard has a hell of a lot to answer for as well. Why aren't you calling her out? Your "sweep out the courthouse" mantra doesn't carry much weight when Sherry baby is what you have to offer.

Oh my God! In Pt. II Sporer laments "now I think that we know why the Democrats hunger for scandal, it's the only road to the top for the lunatic fringe..." This while his CIETC drool literally drips from the keyboard onto this blog. DOES REPUBLICAN HYPOCRISY KNOW NO END?!?!?!? Come on sycophants, even you're embarassed by that one.

Were the checks made payable to her? What Republican or Republican group received money inappropriately out of CIETC or any of the other litany of corruption Sporer has listed over the last few weeks? Anon-your defense is pathetic-in fact if falls right into Sporer's none to subtle trap. It isn't really important who physically wrote the checks, its who got them and cashed them.

I'm not DEFENDING ANYBODY. My post refers to the Rogue's Gallery at CIETC. They are all pathetic losers. My point is that I am sick of the holier than thou hypocrisy that spills onto this blog. Sherry Howards JOB was to follow the money. She had a pretty clear choice: do what's right or play the same game that the others were playing and look the other way. She chose the chickenshit route. It's not about party it's about character and Republicans in this state from Sherry Baby to Jeff "Rock In Prevention" Lamberti to the good Dr. Allison haven't shown much lately either when it comes to finances. Stop drooling over the political opportunity that the scandal presents for long enough to make sure that your own house is in order when you "sweep out the Courthouse"--NOT.

You must be kidding if you believe anyone in their right mind would consider this anything other than a Democratic self serving of tax payer goodwill for themselves.

This is a Democratic Party fiasco and true to form they are trying to find any Republican within miles of it to provide some level of cover. These illegal, if not absolutely immoral, payroll bonuses all went to friends and relatives of the Polk Country Democratic party leadership.

I have never personally witnessed such an obvious money grab by anyone I personally knew - until now!

Polk county Democrats - you have been weighed, you have been measured and been found lacking.

Anon-you are defending and distracting attention away from the years of corruption in Polk County and the City of Des Moines.

Dr. Allison's financial issues are his own, no public money was involved.

While Rock'n Prevention is a dumb idea, like DARE, there was nothing illegal or inappropriate about anything Lamberti or Boswell did to give them money.

There are enormous problems with County government and they sky is green defense isn't going to work this time.

Sporer said it best, believe me or your lyin' eyes!

hmmm.. can we get a link to some streaming audio for those of us who haven't heard it?

Check out the earned media for Polk County GOP! This is a clip on WHO.com. Click on CIETC Fallout to get the clip. WHO (the NBC Station in Des Moines) did a story on the commercial Ted created about CIETC. This is good for all Iowa Republicans, but especially the oppressed Polk County Republicans. We really have a shot this time!

hmmm... First rule of political paid media, make the ad in and of itself newsworthy so that the media runs the ad for free.

Exactly what The Real Sporer did, that is...

Nice job uncle Ted...

I heard she works in the White House and has Washington money.

Give your readers some informatin brother.

Hmmm.. Hanusa, Churchill and Hartwig. It'll be interesting when the State Central Committee votes on Monday.

Ted, most of us know Hartwig and Churchill has a record as a legislator. iachoirbor78 had nice things to say about her. Any other comments.

I have some posts on this issue at HawkeyeGOP.com

Churchill won't help the rest of the ticket. Real Konservatives don't like him and he'll just let everyone know how Des Moines mods pick the loser candidates.
