Raising taxes on the most productive and richest people of our society has never worked to raise income. That money of the top 1 % goes into the market 401k ect. Wouldnt it be nice if a Dem was asked questions about, if we are now winning the war in iraq, increasing the quality of life for iraqis, and fighting the terrorists over there instead of well on my corner, why would we now leave? Why is leaving Iraq right now, a good idea?
On Iraq, most D and R candidates are actually saying pretty much the same thing: We should leave as soon as possible. The definition of the asap may differ and they disagree about the original decision to go in. But Richardson is the only remaining D candidate who wants an immediate & complete pullout.

however, since we're running out of bad guys to kill in Iraq we are both going to get our way within the next couple of years. the Iraqi people are simply doing what their less than heroic political leadership cannot-rebuilding their country.
